UW-Baraboo/Sauk County Launches New Website

The University of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website, baraboo.uwc.edu. Features include a fresh look, improved navigation, and mobile optimization that allows full site access from any device.

The updated design also spotlights photos and profiles of UW-BSC students, alumni, faculty and staff.

“In addition to the outstanding University of Wisconsin education the campus provides, our people are our greatest strength,” says UW-BSC director of university relations Nicole Thompson, who led the project. “It feels like family here, and I think the new site captures that.”

Want to find out what’s happening on campus? From fitness classes to lectures and plays, an updated news and events section puts the information at your fingertips.

Other new features include an alumni section, information about UW-BSC’s new Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, and details about facilities reservations and catering for outside groups.

This week’s site launch caps off several months of planning and testing.

“We received a lot of valuable input from our campus and community,” says Thompson. “We wanted to make every effort to ensure the site would meet the needs of our users.”
