Sign dedication set for Nov. 19

Baraboo SignPLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville will formally dedicate the exterior signs at its new branch campuses on Nov. 19.

The sign at UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County will be dedicated at 10 a.m. in the Rodems Room, A-218, Aural M. Umhoefer Building in Baraboo. The UW-Platteville Richland ceremony is set for 2 p.m. in the Pippen Conference Center, 457 Melvill Hall, Richland Center.

UW-Platteville Dennis J. Shields, Deans Ed Janairo (UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County) and Brandon Fetterly (UW-Platteville Richland) will make remarks as will foundation board and local government representatives. 

On July 1, the former two-year colleges UW-Baraboo Sauk County and UW-Richland officially became branch campuses of UW-Platteville.
