UW-BSC Continuing Education offers a variety of non-credit fitness courses for students and community members.

Fit Barre (Early Morning)  NEW CLASS

View and Register

Develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete with this 60- minute ballet barre workout. This is a high energy/no-impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights. You will build long, lean muscles, and burn fat while having a great time. No dance experience required. Please bring a mat or towel to class, along with a water bottle.

Breakfast Blend

Get your morning fitness fix with this fun, high energy combination of all your exercise favorites. Try this total body workout incorporating body sculpting, low-impact cardio, balance, flexibility, and core training.

Spring Fling (Early Morning)

Be prepared for warmer weather and outdoor activities this spring by getting your body in shape. Spring Fling will address cardio, muscle strengthening, core
conditioning and stretching. We will utilize steps, weights, body bars and bands in this class. Please bring an exercise mat and water bottle to each class. Showers are available on campus.

Zumba Toning

Body sculpting meets fitness party! A calorie-burning, strength-training class with the same great Latin and international music you love from regular Zumba class. You'll learn to use light hand weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones. (Light weights provided) This class is appropriate for teens to seniors and no previous dance or Zumba experience required.

Evening Boot Camp

Try this workout to challenge yourself and create a new more fit YOU! Join instructor Krista Ramos as she motivates and encourages you through an intense array of cardio, strength, agility, and core workouts. All fitness levels are welcome, but be prepared to be pushed to YOUR limit to maximize results.
