BREAKFAST BLEND

Get your morning fitness fix with this fun, high energy combination of all your exercise favorites. Try this total body workout incorporating body sculpting, low-impact cardio, balance, flexibility, and core training.

ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba Gold® is for first-time or deconditioned exercisers, seniors, or anyone who has wanted to try Zumba but would prefer an easier-paced class.

LUNCHTIME ZUMBA TONING

Body sculpting meets fitness party! A calorie-burning, strength-training class with the same great Latin and international music you love from regular Zumba class. You’ll learn to use light hand weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones (light weights provided.) This class is appropriate for teens to seniors and no previous dance or Zumba experience required.

Tuesdays & Thursdays • 12:30-1:10 (6 weeks)

FRIDAY WAKE UP YOGA

Morning Yoga with Tatsiana is a combination of gentle yoga postures and breathing to help awaken your mind, stretch your body and calm your soul. Improve your balance and increase your positive energy. Feel your circulation improve and experience better mental clarity.   This Hatha based yoga class is designed to keep you moving from one pose to another in rhythm with your breath. Focus is on finding your natural movement, core strength, and breathing. All of these benefits will help you start your day on the right foot.

INTERMEDIATE WAKE UP YOGA

An intermediate yoga class for those who have a solid grasp on the fundamental poses, and are able to hold poses longer or perform a few of the advanced postures or advanced forms of postures. This combination of classical yoga poses and breathing will help awaken your mind, stretch your body, and calm your soul. Improve your balance and increase your positive energy. Improve your circulation and experience better mental clarity.

EARLY MORNING HIIT
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Join Tennille for this High Intensity Interval Training class. HIIT classes consist of short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a short break. This keeps your heart rate elevated throughout the entire workout. We’ll also utilize free
weights during the 2nd half of class, with core work and stretching to cool down.

EARLY MORNING MIX

If you like to get up and go in the morning, or at least feel better when you do,
this is the class for you! Join Tennille for this upbeat mix of cardio and muscle conditioning with free weights, body bars, fitness balls, and more. Get your heart pumping and give yourself a boost of energy to help you through the day.

FIT BARRE

Develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete with this 60- minute ballet barre workout. This is a high energy/no-impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights. You will build long, lean muscles, and burn fat while having a great time. No dance experience required. Please bring a mat or towel to class, along with a water bottle.

BELLY DANCING

Learn figure eights, shimmies and beautiful veil movements in this class, designed for those interested in a fun, low-impact way to strengthen core muscles and move their bodies in a whole new way. Yoga pants or shorts and tighter fitting camisoles or t-shirts are recommended attire. Jingle hip scarves are optional! This class is for fun and fitness with no public performances required.

BEGINNING FENCING

Fencing is an excellent aerobic exercise that helps improve eye-hand coordination, physical agility, and balance, while promoting fitness and increased confidence and self-esteem. It’s an ideal sport for all ages and abilities. Learn the basics of sport fencing, with supervised sparring and peer-to-peer bouts. All equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. NOTE: Students under 14 must register with a parent or guardian.
