UW-BSC Continuing Education offers a variety of non-credit fitness courses for students and community members.

Early Morning Boot Camp

If you like to get up and go in the morning, or at least feel better when you do, this is the class for you! Join Tennille for this outdoor Boot Camp style workout.  You will be lead through an intense array of cardio, strength, agility and core workouts. This class will get your heart pumping and give you a great boost of energy to help you through your day.

Please bring a mat for outdoor use and a water bottle to class.  Appropriate shoes should be worn for gravel, blacktop and grass.

Showers are available.

Tuesdays & Thursdays • 5:30-6:30 am
Session 1: June 3-July 3 (No class June 24th or 26th)
Session 2: July 8-31

Session 3: August 5-28

Fee: $55 per session
*Summer Discount - Sign up/pay for all 3 sessions at the same time and receive the summer discount price ($145).  Please register by phone.  Online registration not available for the summer discount.
