UW-BSC Library Announces Fall Events Schedule


A poetry reading, memoir writing workshops, and talks by artists and scholars are among the free community events that will be held in the UW-Baraboo/Sauk County Library this fall.

The schedule includes:

J.D. Whitney Poetry Reading

J.D. Whitney, Emeritus Professor of English and author of 17 books of poetry Weds., Oct. 3, 12 pm, UW-BSC Library

Papermaking & Printing

Daniel Goscha, Executive Director of The Mill Paper and Book Arts Center Thurs., Nov. 8, 7 pm, UW-BSC Library

The Sustainability Challenge & Local Efforts

David Wernicke, Executive Director of the Baraboo Range Preservation Association Thurs., Dec. 6, 7 pm, UW-BSC Library

Palm of the Hand Memoir Writing Workshops
