UW-Baraboo/Sauk County Continuing Education is now registering for a wide range of fall fitness classes, from boot camp to zumba. Early Morning Mix, Fit Barre, Lunchtime Zumba, and Zumba Tone are among the list of returning favorites. In addition, new class offerings will include:
- Breakfast Blend: a fun, high-energy total body workout that incorporates body sculpting, low-impact cardio, balance, flexibility, and core training. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m., beginning Sept. 10. Instructor Krista Ramos. Fee: $55.
- Zumba Gold: for first-time exercisers, deconditioned exercisers, seniors, or anyone who would like to try Zumba. Wednesdays, 10:00-10:45 a.m., beginning Sept. 11. Instructor Erika Gerhardt Obois. Fee: $40.
- Lunchtime Tabata: a high-intensity power workout designed to maximize results with minimal time. Wednesdays, 12:30-1:15 p.m., beginning Oct. 2. Instructor Krista Ramos. Fee: $40.
- Total Body Balance: a blend of cardio, Pilates, and Yoga Flow to improve the mind/body connection and sculpt trouble spots. Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 p.m., beginning Oct. 16. Instructor Amy Miller-Schulte. Fee: $40.
