​​​​​​​Summer Sessions registration now open at UW-Baraboo/Sauk County

(Baraboo, Wis.) Open enrollment for summer sessions at the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo/Sauk County is underway.


Summer sessions allow current students and students attending other universities the opportunity to earn credits while enjoying their summer break. Courses offered will help students satisfy degree requirements, reduce average course loads and further explore subjects of interest.

Multiple condensed terms, with unique start and end dates will be available for scheduling flexibility. All credits earned during the sessions are transferable to any University of Wisconsin four-year university.


UW-Baraboo/Sauk County summer course offerings include: 

  • AST 100 – Survey of Astronomy
  • INT 290 – Special Topics in Interdisciplinary Studies
  • CTA 103 – Introduction to Public Speaking
  • MAT 110 -  College Algebra
  • ENG 277 – Film Studies: Detective and Crime Films
  • MAT 113 – Trigonometry
  • HES 226 – Leadership in Adventure Education & Outdoor Pursuits
  • POL 319 – (U)Public Policy: Power Conflict Choice 
  • HIS 208 – The Film as Social History















Students are also encouraged to take advantage of the 140+ courses offered through UW Colleges Online.
