The Business Office is the financial hub of the campus, and is conveniently located across from the Office of Student Affairs in the Lange Center.
Winterim Session begins on January 5, 2015 and enrollment for these courses is open.
Spring Semester begins January 26, 2015 and open enrollment for these courses is open.
To register for courses, all students must complete the Terms & Conditions Agreement (TAC) each semester. This agreement can be found on the student’s PRISM account. By completing the TAC, the student indicates understanding of financial obligations to UW-Baraboo/Sauk County and accepts responsibility to regularly monitor their PRISM account to obtain accurate information on account balances and due dates.
Invoices will NOT be mailed.
Contact the Business Office with questions or concerns about account balances and payments. Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), account information will only be discussed with the student unless a signed release is on file.
In addition to the standard Tuition & Fees, New Student Fees ($145) and Placement Test Fees ($30) are associated with beginning or re-starting your college career and are paid by every new freshman during their first semester at UW-Baraboo/Sauk County. These fees cover placement tests, the orientation session, and advising sessions prior to beginning classes and are a one-time expense that will not be paid again at our campus. These fees will be included with the tuition and seg fee costs and are due on or before February 6, 2015 for new freshman whose first semester is the Spring 2015 semester.
Can my New Student Fees & Placement Test Fees be refunded?
Once a student has enrolled in courses, the new Student Fees and Placement Test Fees are non-refundable, even if the student later decides not to attend classes on our campus.
