Application

To be considered for admission to UW-Baraboo/Sauk County, you must submit the following materials:

  • The UW System Undergraduate Application for Admission
  • $44 application fee
  • Official high school/college transcripts and/or copy of GED/HSED
  • ACT or SAT scores

You can obtain the Application for Admission from a high school guidance office, from UW-Baraboo/Sauk County, or you can apply online.

Important Dates
Applications are accepted after September 15 for the following fall, winterim or spring semester, or summer term. High school students are encouraged to apply early in their senior year. Early applicants have an advantage in obtaining academic advising, financial aid and their preferred schedule of courses.

Acceptance
UW-Baraboo/Sauk County follows a rolling admissions policy – when a student's application file is complete, it is reviewed and a decision regarding admission is made by the Office of Student Services.
